1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between seri33 ("Platform", "us") and the user ("Member", "you") who registers or uses the services provided through the seri33.one website. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms means you accept those amended terms. seri33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to members via email or in-platform notification.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the seri33 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not subject to any court order restricting you from gambling activities.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.

Upon registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address. seri33 reserves the right to request identity verification via a copy of your MyKad or relevant documents at any time.

3 User Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in all such accounts being suspended.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. This includes:

• Using a strong and unique password.
• Not sharing your login details with anyone.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notifying our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

seri33 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.

4 Deposits and Payments

seri33 accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks as examples), and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts to make deposits is prohibited. seri33 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.

The functional currency on the platform is Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Any deposit in another currency or in cryptocurrency will be converted at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of the transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed under the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by our team.
• Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method and system load.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding a certain threshold may require additional identity verification.

seri33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security and compliance review purposes without prior notice. Any held withdrawal will be communicated to the member via email or live chat.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

seri33 offers various promotions to eligible members. Each promotion has its own terms that must be read before acceptance. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus is eligible to be given to each new member.
• Attempts to exploit the bonus system through multiple registrations or other methods are prohibited.
• seri33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if bonus terms are not followed.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the seri33 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games — operate according to their respective rules as displayed on the platform. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of a game before playing.

Game results generated by the system are final. seri33 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for slot and digital casino games to ensure fairness. Live casino games are operated by licensed service providers.

Any technical failure or system disruption during gameplay will be reviewed by our technical team. If a game is interrupted before the result is determined, the transaction may be cancelled and the bet amount refunded.

8 Member Conduct

All members are required to behave respectfully and responsibly when using the seri33 platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, falsification of information, or use of another person's identity.
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts for betting purposes.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Attempts to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Threats or harassment directed at seri33 staff or other members.

seri33 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in any investigation related to illegal activity. Members involved in such activities may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9 Account Closure

seri33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled, subject to case review by our team.

10 Limitation of Liability

seri33 provides its services "as is" and makes no specific guarantees regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from unsatisfactory betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events).
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Data damage or loss caused by the member's own device or software.

seri33's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11 Data Protection

seri33 is committed to protecting members' personal information. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you give seri33 permission to process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.
• Communications related to accounts, promotions, and customer support.

12 Amendment of Terms

seri33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the effective date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
